It is estimated that 600,000 user logins are being compromised every day?!?! Has your FB got hacked?
I mean, you have apps that are directly linked to FB, some that require you to log in first to use it, people log in from work (ahem some of my friends), mobile devices, etc... cyber security is a big threat. Ever wonder why FB is blocked at your work?... because of this! Systems are vulnerable each second of the day...
Our lives are dependent on the internet, which lures people to surf, which opens gateways to vulnerability... Do you have anti-virus? a sound firewall? do you even know what it these things are and their purpose? might want to find out... your computer, your network, your business can be "compromised"

That's why I don't have Facebook. I think it will be beneficial for companies to have social networking as tools for advertising, and maybe people who need to network for a living. As a personal tool, I'd stay away from it. I'm sure it has its awesome benefits. Whats the comprise when you're comprised.
